Previously banned scammer now back on boards. Playhard = new user "Sport"

Have figured out with a couple of leads, one of the new users here, "Sport", is previously banned user "Playhard", who scammed a bunch of people here months ago. He is using the same pictures he used before in his old photobucket, just under a new bucket, which is linked in his current sig.

EDIT: Here is the original thread from him being a scammer, first one in this section has already been bumped up:

He took off his old photobucket link off of his first profile, but he has it on this thread, showing a picture of one of the cards, a Cam Newton Auto /99 that he now somehow has in the new photobucket also:Cam newton rc auto refractor /99

His old photobucket is private, so hard to look at the rest of the pictures, but there are striking similarites. Will wait to see if he decides to come clean or stay in a corner.

2nd EDIT: Here is more proof, he still has my Cam Newton Patch Auto /75 From Inception on there, which I have in hand and in my eBay store (I was one of the ones he traded with to build up feedback to scam later)http://s1258.photobucket.com/albums/...3Dc8482610.jpg The card itself can be viewed in my eBay store.

Read on one of his threads that he does not accept PayPal, probably to keep his identity as secret as possible.

Just trying to look out for everyone, hopefully I caught him before anyone made deals with him.

I PM'ed him about the Rodgers and he told me he have sold and traded 9 cards in one day. I knew something was odd about him when he tried to trade the same Jordan exquisite to my self and another member on here and he agreed to trade the same card to both of us but after that he just disappeared and now his back with this sob story of accident ect.

Yep, he kinda did this to me under his old name, bunch of weird stories/talking wayyyyy to much trying to look innocent.

Thought he was weird to deal with, but made him send first, and it went smoothly. Seemed to go sour after I dealt with him.

He sent me a package with a barry bonds worthless card in it instead of the mj Goodwin auto.

Am I out of luck with Paypal?

If you sent PayPal goods, you can file a claim against him through PayPal

if you sent Gift, unfortiunetly, you are out the money.

I sent goods. I opened the case and explained.

Never had anything like this happen. What should I do next?

Just wait for PayPal to take care of it. They will review, give him time to respond, and it will go from there.

Just provide whatever they ask you to, and you will win the case.

He has done this plenty. It will be a fight.

He doesn't have any recourse. Unless he can prove that he sent you the Jordan, he won't win.

Send a 1/1 sketch of your middle finger back to him! As long as it shows its been returned to him, you'll get your money back.
