I'm still wondering how this deal directly effected anybody except Sean in the first place.. But then again, I give too much credit to people. A lot of you guys have nothing better to do than monitor the "Member Sales/Trade Feedback" threads.. get a life ffs.

i dunno man. if you got time to be bumping and running around here, you got time to run to the PO. this may not have affected any of us aside from the OP, but it definitely lets me know that you may not be a reliable shipper at times so I will be leery to deal with you in the future if the time ever comes.

I have NOT received the refund from daniel.

He initiated it but whatever he did made sure it wouldn't get here for another week.

So this guy just got $80 of mine, and held it for two weeks NEARLY THREE

I am allowed to leave negative feedback for that without recourse correct?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND ON THE PAYMENT YET, IT IS HELD

PAYPAL IS HOLDING THE REFUND UNTIL OCTOBER 9th ACCORDING TO PAYPAL

I will have handed Daniel $80 to use for 2 weeks before I get it back at this point (actually more than two weeks, almost pushing three), and he somehow is trying to put this on me when he already said he had it packed up and would have it out the other day (again, didn't get shipped out)

The sad part is I went about this as delicately as possible, if you had never told me someone died I wouldn't have given you the time I did and you're insinuating in some way this is my fault at all... New: IT ISNT... The thing is I recently had my grandmother pass away, I was crying by her bedside but the next few days after that other than the funeral were... quite normal... I bought one of my biggest card deals ever shortly after her death and if I didn't move on I very likely wouldn't be here today buying as much as I am. At this point Daniel, after

Just means the refund is coming from a cc on file for the money was used already and not there in the account for instant refund.. Unless he cancels it you will be fine

At this point until I have the $ back into my paypal I am not changing my stance, I really truly believe I was as nice as I could have been (as stated, other members wouldn't have given him the time I did).

I didn't even bother him a majority of the time except for like two or three messages...

Here is the PM I sent to him right before he said "he had it packed up and it was going out"

Frankly Daniel, I've given you more than enough time - and as someone pointed out to me you made something like 19 threads and countless posts in the time frame. If what you are saying is true, I'm sorry but you just admitted to using me to get money because you didn't have it and needed it - without shipping the item we agreed upon in beyond more than enough reasonable time given. The dispute is going to stay, the only way I will close it is if I get what was described it's that simple. This is about as compassionate as I can be at this point - I do not have a problem releasing the funds / stopping the dispute if I get the items but there is no other way for me to drop it and that is my FINAL say on this matter.

Refund sent. I just saw your other thread posted about me. I'll save you some of your precious time, so you dont have to wait for a package anymore. I know how hard it can be to wait for the mailman to deliver a package.

If he intended to ship he would have shipped (in my opinion) since the PM came at 9 o clock (the day he said he already had it packaged up and ready to go), that means he would have had the package out long before he actually sent the PM if he intended to have it out... I will let everyone make their own decisions based on this

What he did was dishonest and he even admitted to not having the money and needing it - but STILL didn't/won't ship the agreed upon items. I don't know what he used it for but it's my money PERIOD, I don't think he ever intended to ship the items.

Do I have the right to demand interest on the money he held or am I able to get him suspended or banned for what he did?

Btw I did offer to ship the stuff to you even after you filed the dispute.. But after reading what you said in the dispute saying that you dont even want the stuff anymore.. and also reading everything you said in this thread. I decided it MIGHT shut you up if I sent a refund.. I didnt know it would take 9 days or however long for you to get your $.. Take that up w/ paypal.. Not me. You made it clear to me that you didn't want me to ship the gold to you anymore and that you wanted a refund so that is what I did.. The reason the $ wasn't in my paypal account is because I transferred it to my checking account and thats that.. You are receiving a refund from my checking account now so that is why I assume it would be taking so long.. Paypal is in charge of processing refunds Not Daniel00. I just clicked the refund button so this "dispute" could be ended.. Unfortunately they must take a long time to do it.
