I just hate to see a member bashed with no details provided.

I've dealt with Nino on $200+ deal that he could have easily screwed me on based on what it was for and it went perfectly.

He is probably upset that "Icarly" isn't on at the moment and wanted to take it out on you.

I recall doing a small deal with you and agreed to PWE.
Got cards, no problem.

He should have handled it differently, but maybe you can find the payment and refund details for this fellow in your paypal transaction history just to clear things up for him.

Don't see it as retailtory, from nucc's point of view, the OP is trying to claim he never sent a refund when he did.

Retailitory would be if Nucc left a feedback along the liens up "gave me a neg for no reason, stay away" or "bad guy". It was a clear neg feedback on a transaction that wasnt handled properly.
