I reported him to eBay a few months ago for more than one auction that he'd bid up with a shill account. Clearly eBay didn't take the report seriously.

What's really irritating is that they could have caught him with a simple database script. When one account has 100% of its bids go to one seller, which is information that even eBay users can see, clearly there is shill bidding going on.
