Default Do not deal with YoungJayNSC

Need some opinions on this situation please...

I have to wait until 10/30/2012 for PayPal to make a judgment on the case. In the mean time, I sent the card back to the return address listed on the package. I just checked the tracking and card was out for delivery on Friday but is being returned due to "insufficient address". Does that mean the return address was phony? It doesn't much matter because I'll get my PayPal refunded AND he'll be out his card for lying.

you send it back to the address paypal gives you. Without a confirmed delivery they do not refund. So if they give you a different address then the phony one he gave you just send back a common

Yes because I wanted his name in the title for those who might want to block him. Plus if he chooses he can now respond knowing who the thread is about.
