You are correct. In fact, galaxy conceded this to me and even said his post office is in the 98027 zc.

True. They are both located in Issaquah. However, I have friends in 98027 who live 15 minutes away. Issaquah is a relatively large town, and PayPal will not side with the seller if they see (which they will) that the card arrived in a completely different zip code from what my PayPal address actually is.

Yep! You're exactly right! My local PO is in 98027. But it says it was "delivered" at 98027. In fact, I went to my PO to ask if they had it...what do you know? They didn't?

LOL I like how you don't get any feedback for weeks after weeks, but all of a sudden today you spontaneously get two positives.

Then why did you tell him to ship it to a 98029 zip code?

Read your original post. You KNEW why it went to 98027- but yet you were busy making it all seem "weird".

What? It says "delivered" to 98027. I went to my PO, and they told me they didn't have it. It also says a notice was left at a 98027 address, which I don't have one!

Are you implying that a notice was left at my post office, and that the recipient was the post office? Because thats all it proves!

I'm going to break this down one more time.

- Notice is left to pick up package from post office (located in 98027).
- Package is marked "delivered" at the post office in 98027.
- If the package is picked up at the post office, it is marked delivered there....in the 98027 zip code.

It's not rocket surgery.

Care to address the screenshots that blew more holes in your story than a block of swiss cheese?

It was pending pickup at your PO until you picked it up. Then they would scan it and mark it as delivered. Are you going to start claiming someone pretended to be you and went and picked it up?

I'm completely neutral here, but does anyone else think that it's odd that The_Card_Album had no feedback until today, and then when he got negged, he suddenly has 3 positives today? Kind of weird IMO.

2) The seller did not provide signature confirmation or insurance. Therefore, the DC number only proves that SOMEONE received A package...it does not prove the contents or who received the package. Heck, he could have shipped a peanut toa 98027 zip code, and it would look exactly the same!
3) My PayPal address is 98029. The address it was shipped to is 98027. PayPal will look at that and determine that since it did not go to my address, it did not arrive to me at all (which it didn't)

Case closed.
1) He will respond.
2) Paypal requires signature confirmation on items valued at $250 and above. Therefore, delivery confirmation is just fine.
3) The ZIP codes overlap. In other words, they are interchangeable. If I sent you two packages, one to 98027 and one to 98029, both would arrive at your doorstep.

Case closed indeed...just not the way you think it will be.

I find it outrageously odd. He hasn't had a feedback ever since I made a deal with him (end of August), and all of a sudden he gets several today.

If you paid at the end of August, your 45 days to file a claim is over.

You're completely wrong. HOW HARD IS IT?

It says "Notice Left" at a 98027 address...meaning a notice was left at a home in the 98027 zip code...whoever got that notice would have to go pick it up. The notice was left at the HOME, not the PO!

No. I'm claiming that I never picked it up, and that someone from a 98027 address did.

Believe what ever you want. I don't need to prove anything to anybody...this is now between me and PayPal.

Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to buy some of your cards once I get my nice $160 back!

seller does not need signature confirmation on anything under 250. Insurance is not required on anything let alone usps does not recognize card value anyways.

He does not need to respond for he used paypal shipping it will automatically upload into the dispute.

Should have done this from the start. Not sure why you haven;t. Very Fishy

So you are trying to say MITM is part of some type of conspiracy? I'd bank on the feedback he left as being viable.

I would add another as I have done a half-dozen deals with him however, none were on this site and I do not want to ruin the intregity of the blowout feedback system.
