What happened with this guy? I was trying to work a deal with him.....he really drug his feet.....what happened?

I was just in Buffalo! Went to two great card stores, could have spent hours there but was traveling with my dear ol' mum and she can be quite an embarrassing airhead so I had to limit her contact with others. Haha.

He tried to buy a few cards off of me back in July. He said that he didn't have PayPal and he'd send me a cash payment. I was selling the cards for $16 in total, but he asked if he could have them for $15 because he didn't have any bills smaller than $5. I just accepted this offer as $1 isn't a big deal. Anyways, I gave him my address and told him that I will only send the cards when I received his payment. Fast forward about 8-9 days, and I still haven't received the payment. I PM'ed him reminding him and he said that he completely forgot. He lived in St. Petersburg (I think his location is real, it was listed on his profile if I recall correctly) and they were experiencing a storm at the time so I completely understood. He said that he'd try to get to the post office as soon as possible to mail out the cash. I told him that it was fine and he could take his time, as I did not need the money right away and because of the storm. And as you would expect, that was the last I heard from him.

Ah, crap. And I just sent him $36 in the mail for some cards because he claimed to have some PayPal issues. Guess I'll never get them now
