Thumbs down For the experienced ebay sellers, I have a couple of questions.

I have been having problems on ebay lately and I recently had two auctions end with problems. One person with 0 feedback(thought I blocked them from bidding) won a gold platinum Castellanos refractor. It has been a week with no response to my messages. And no payment. In this situation do I report the buyer and move on or file a dispute? Another buyer bought a sealed box from me and then decided to message me saying he had problems with paypal. And asked for the auction to be cancelled. Can I do anything about that or do I just cancel it and re-list it? Ebay sucks.

File a claim on both. Let them run the course.
