I was holding a contest last week on my sons bday, these 3 great members contacted me about sending him some cards for his pc. I get a call from my son today that he had three packages waiting for him and wanted to open them with me on the phone (since im a truck driver and only see him a few days out the month) . The excitement in his voice as he read the cards to me one by one made my day and obviously his. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

i have only dealt with two of the three off the top of my head, but you definitely hit the nail on the head with the ones I know, so the third can't be bad either.

Glad he got the card and happy to hear he's happy.

For a second there, I saw my name and was like "Oh crap what did I do now?" lol

Well to some I'm this absolute scum bucket...even though I'm literally never had one call out thread made against me, never kept cards, not sent cards, not sold cards, any and all of the above.

But rather because of a perceived 'persona' on an internet message board. It's quite funny.

Just glad his son was made happy by a piece of cardboard I clearly didn't need.

The sad thing is only 3 of us sent his son something, when there were countless more wanting a handout for free.

It was a free giveaway thread spurred by his son's birthday. I figured, since it's his sons birthday, we should be sending something to HIM, and not get a freebie in return.

It was a great gesture by Haystak though to start a thread like that.
