IF you have NO tracking #.
IF the seller has a full pm box since the day after the transaction.
IF he has had no contact with you since the transaction.
IF you have no package
?

Should I wait a little while longer, pretty much first time dealing with this non-sense.

I give them two weeks. After one week I ask for a dc. If I don't get one I give one more week then open a claim. I just had to do it on Friday from a member here.

I'd give it some more time. Could be a reason behind the full inbox/overall delay. You never know.

One question - what does their trading track record look like? All positive? If so, I wouldn't worry yet. If mixed (includes negs) then you might be in for leaving a neg.

this. full inboxes can happen if somebody got the "full warning" and didn't make deletions before walking away for the night and then getting flooded with more messages.

1 neg, rest positives (30+). He hasn't been online since the 8th as well as pm box full since the 7th.

I know life can keep you busy, I experience that enough myself, but I think it is important to keep the buyer informed. (In a weeks time you can spare 5 minutes to let them know any updates)

Almost a week and you're already worried? I usually give 2 1/2-3 weeks before I even ask if it's been shipped. You have 45 days to file a claim with paypal. I wouldn't freak out to much at this point.

This seems to be an issue on this site. I have two negs (both not warranted IMO). I have had so many people worried, over a handful of days. I had a couple threatening me with negatives with transactions that weren't even 4 days in and one where the other member sent first and I didn't even receive yet. It seems the moment you get a negative, people want to pile on for nothing (or it is just me haha).

Due to the nonsense that is allowed on this site its hard to read people and transactions on here. Some people take full advantage of the fact that nothing is done to slow shippers and that they know they can neg you if you complain about shipping time. Its stinks but thats the way this site operates. Better get used to it if you wanna continue to deal on here.

I'd say two weeks is the max. I agree with asking for DC after one, claim after two, especially with no communication from the seller. I personally try to keep everyone informed when I do GBs as to when stuff is going out.
