eBay seller josing4 (Josing4 Sportscards)

Hi there,

has anyone ever dealt with the eBay seller "josing4" before?

On October 26th, 2012 I bought an Inkworks Justin Theroux autographed ALIAS card from him and instantly paid through Paypal. However the card still hasn't arrived nor did the seller josing4 reply to my eBay message which makes me worried now.

Usually I receive my mail from the USA to Germany within 4 to 8 days, Sure, parcels will take longer because the German customs is really strict on imported goods, but the seller sent the card in a regular envelope.

Any help on this matter and the seller is appreciated! Thanks a mill!

Delt with him had no problems. Being that you are in another country and he is a legit seller you should give him a long leash before you get concerned.

i just sent a package to where you are at and it took 3 weeks. your customs is crazy. lol

I've bought a lot of cards and never had a problem, I'd give it a while longer

Thanks for your input. What worries me is that I receive no reply to my messages through eBay.

As for parcels, yes, that's true, German customs are extremly tough when it comes to inspecting parcels sent from outside the EU because they will charge the addresse an extra tax for importing goods from states outside of the EU as well as a fine for tax fraud. The last time I had to go though this sh*t was back in June.

However letters (small regular ones and large envelopes) never get inspected and pass customs in no time.

I have dealt with that seller on numerous occasions and all went well. Hope it all works out for you.

Well, the seller "josing4" still hasn't replied to my message nor has he reacted at all to the dispute I opened on eBay a few days ago. This was definately the first and the last time I bought from him/her.

No communication at all and no item delievered = negative feedback, it's that easy!

Still absolutely NO REACTION from this seller since I filed the complain on November 13th. That's definately not the way to do business!

So today I got a refund from Paypal since the seller "josing4" hasn't reacted at all and it's impossible to get in touch with him/her. He doesn't reply to my messages nor to eBay's or Paypal's. What a shame...

Thank you for posting. I have blocked you from bidding on my ebay items. If you can't wait 3-4 weeks for a package (the expected delivery time for an International package than I don't want to deal with you. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks in customs before they ship it to you! So now you have the card and the money! Really nice of you!

Bullocks, you little Hobbit! I have nothing, well at least I got my money back from Paypal. The seller had more than enough time to reply to any of my or eBay's messages and he choses not to do so, so why should I wait until I can't open a case at eBay anymore?!? A letter, and that is what the seller told me he would use - a letter, NOT a package- takes no more than 7 working days from the US to Europe. It's not my problem that your postal service, the USPS, has gone down the toilet in recent years. When I buy something from a seller, I expect to receive it. And if I don't receive it or there are any problems with the delievery I expect a seller to reply to my numerous messages instead of playing dead man!

And btw, what would I do with your sports cards anyway? Whipe my ass?!? That's all I can think of to do with sports cards! I'm collect NS only, you fool!
