I posted before that this guy was scamming be. He signed on and assured everyone he was sending and it was his power that was down. And people were saying I overreacted because he didn't respond to my messages for 4 days and was 4 days late sending. Sure enough he has not logged on since the 8th, inbox full, and I still have no package and no refund from paypal. They told me beginning of December. 30+ days without the money....terrible.

He even asked me to close the dispute because his account was negative and needed it positive to ship. I said just go to the post office and ill close the dispute when i receive. Sure enough he's disappeared.

Not sure what is up with your PP, but if you open a case and the seller does not respond with shipping info within 1 week you escalate and have money with 1-2 days. So you have an issue with paypal then.

I had similar issue (see feedback I left for him) but I think I caught him by his final shipping trip because I got my cards a few days after I contacted him about the shipment. Good luck getting yours and for everyone else involved with him (there was one other I know of, probbly more), never ever close your dispute until the cards are in your hands, or you will lose any further recourse.

I escalated it to a claim and it says seller has until november 23. I think the process is different than ebay....not sure why its taking so long, but i have an issue with the seller, not paypal.

I KNOW ill get the refund....the problem is this guy took the money, disappeared and is not sending my cards.

I'm on the hook for a free $1,900 paypal loan too. Guy uploaded a tracking # into paypal, but never took the box to the Post office. It'll be one full month before I get a refund as well. This place is becoming scary at times.

Time to call out dubose06 on a $1,900 deal gone bad

what else is comical is the number of guys that complain about stuff that doesn't effect them at all.....guys with 1500 posts and 12 trades completed. i never understood why people would want to come to a site to gossip.

I almost bought the lot you're getting screwed on. Sorry to hear about that and hopefully you get refunded quickly.

Kind of surprised he didn't double dip the way it's turned out. Paid him on 10/21/12. Opened a claim on 10/30. Haven't heard a peep from him or paypal yet. Pretty sad...especially at holiday time.
