I escalated my claim with Paypal yesterday. Hopefully I get a refund before the 45 days are up. This guy is a scammer and needs to be banned.

My claim was escalated on 11/19. He has until Nov 29th to respond to the dispute, but so far hasn't. Hopefully I just get a refund and this is over!

I'm late to the party, but paid for 2 cards from his "6 Case 2012 BC break" over a month ago. Same response "will get DC info when I get home tonight" and nothing since. This was about 3 weeks ago, no replies to two PM's since. Filing paypal claim now.

Not sure if anyone has received contact from him, but today I received a message on my PayPal claim from him stating: "personal issues, was unable to ship...sorry, providing refund of purchase".

My refund from him shows as status of pending currently.

Hopefully he's contacted everyone else and made it right with them.

I got no communication, but paypal decided in my favor, and I'm to be refunded within 7 days.

Actually, my paypal says same thing. Pending until November 30. Personal issues, etc...

Glad I could loan him $130 for a month.

I threatened him on eBay with filing mail fraud, and he responded rather quick. Gave me a priority number for the cards he owed me.

I dunno, we shall see.

Odd conversation, but lets see if that DC shows up tomorrow

And this is exactly why the old "you have paypal protection" speech holds no water with me when new sellers throw it out there.

Status: Pending until Friday, November 30, 2012 What's this?Your refund will be pending for 3-5 business days until it clears.
Subject: Cards and Stuff has just sent you $1,375.00 USD with PayPal
Note: personal issues, was unable to ship...sorry, providing refund of purchase

I guess I won't have to cancel Christmas after all!

On a side note, if anyone sees the Brad Miller superfractor auto pop-up for sale please let me know!

He has it listed on eBay, but I was buying some large parallel and insert lots from him so we worked in the Miller super as part of the deal.

Well his package is in Boston, who knows what is in it. I will know tomorrow.

He said I could get my Castellanos back too, but I know hes full of it now.

I got the cards I was owed from him today, and a DC for my Castellanos. Says it should be here Saturday.

Theres no excuse for the runaround I got and the lies for a month but I am glad I got what was owed to me, and if he get me my Castellanos back, all will be forgiven

A new low sadly ...

He gave me the same excuse as many here "personal issues, sent refund" but today, Paypal has told me his bank declined the refund transaction (either there's no money in it, or more likely he closed it).

I never did close my claim, so I know one way or another this money will be returned ... but no doubt he closed his account and plans to stiff Paypal on his misdeeds.
