made a paypal/ trade deal with this guy. No contact in over a week, sent him a card and promised me he sent a week ago, no card and no contact. Please be weary

Your feedback isn't glowing either, but I will say in the two times I tried making a deal with that member, it took him 4-5 days every time to get back to me, and half of those times when he finally did he would forget what we were talking about.
After that happened 2-3 times, I just stopped trying.

Below is my link to the dealings I have had with kingah. We made two trades and on one, he had my card in hand and up on the board for sale/trade before even shipping his end of the deal. I will say that I did eventually recieve my cards but he is extremely slow with getting them in the mail.

I will give the same advice as others gave me. If someone has low/little trader feedback, ask that they send first. OR since both of you have low/little feedback, ask a mod or someone who has a very good reputation on the board to be the middle man. Each of you ship your cards to him and he sends them out once he recieves both ends of the deal.

You want to make a thread on the guy previously and come in here and say how slow he was YET you left him positive feedback? You make absolutely no sense in my opinion. If I make a post on someone for pathetic service and/or potential issues Im not about to leave them glowing feedback as you have for the member in question.

The guy is VERY slow. Sent me a PM about a card days after I posted in his thread, had to go back and remind myself what card it was concerning.

That being said, slow doesn't always mean scammer. I'm assuming he has a legit reason to be on only occasionally since he seems to do it pretty consistently.

i had a misunderstanding on my neg, have 1100 + positive on feebay and perfect on SCF. Member finally contacted me saying it was returned to him, I hardly believe that. I gave him address 3 different times. I have held off on leaving feedback in case I actually get my card. Glad to hear he is extremely slow with everyone so that I might actually get my card. I do not think my post is unwarranted as I had 0 contact in over a week.

Your opinion is noted. I am not attempting to defend him by any means but slow shipping in my book doesn't necessarily rate a negative as far as I am concerned. It seems here that any negative feedback left for someone who is just starting out, like myself or kingah, is a death sentence. I don't see a rulebook here that tells me that I have to leave negative feedback for any specific reason. I made my original thread because I felt that I could be getting scammed. As others have said, there may have been reasons he didn't tell me as to why he was slow shipping. I eventually recieved the cards, they were the correct cards, they weren't damaged or anything, and we continued on with our lives. I left positive feedback, not "glowing" as you would call it but positive and got none from him. Which seems like par for the course on blowout. I have left positive feedback for 11 deals made and only recieved 6 back. I created my thread to warn others and allow you all to make your own decision and made a mental note to myself not to deal with him again. I don't need to leave negative feedback every time something doesn't go exactly how I want it. I even held his name until the deal was done to ensure that I wasn't unfairly throwing him to the wolves. When I did release it, it was in order to allow you to make a decision on your own as to whether you want to deal with that person or not. I believe I was more than fair in my decision on how to handle it.

Me too. Everytime a thread like this is made about someone they go on my ignore list. I cannot begin to tell you how many scammers and slow shippers I have avoided doing this. I only use my ignore list for scammers and deadbeats. I dont put anyone on the list because I dont like what they say on the forum. I have no problem scrolling past someones post that I dont care for. My ignore list is my scammer memory. Blowout provides no protection for its members so this is what I do to try and avoid deadbeats. Its not a perfect science as someone could make 50 great deals on here and then rob everyone but it does help.

Just an update, I did receive cards today, 2 weeks later albeit, I am glad he made good, I do feel this thread gave him a wakeup call

If you shipped in a halfway reasonable amount of time you wouldn't have to worry about anyone thinking you were scamming them.
