i wrote about him before in Group break scam? Five star

but now did it again. i got my money back from the last one. and forgot about the one i had for giants paid $20 for it so figured i'd see. this time hit a six way RC auto of 2012 prime. and it was going to me. now he's selling it.

So it sounds like he bought a bunch and there was one remaining that he didn't get refunded for.

in the break he randomed it and i got to. today he says oh sorry someone bought that spot the day before you did i just forgot all about it.

because he steals hits and make up stories. i just talked to someone and they said the book he stole in the other break was the darvish. he was recording it then stoped when he hit that book. then sold it the next day.

So you bought the Giants? If so the card wasnt yours according to the description:

ALL MULTI PLAYER CARDS WILL GO TO THE OWNER WHO HAS THE MOST TEAMS ON THE CARD, IF THAT IS TIED CARD WILL GO TO THE TEAM ON THE LEFT,TOP,OR TOP LEFT DEPENDING ON CARD

Giants were at the bottom of the front

it was a double sided 6 auto card. so there isnt a top or right or left. so he did a random and he said it is beeing sent to me.

It is common practice on Ebay to have everyone else pay for a case for you to open. If nothing huge comes out then you send everything to everyone. If a monster comes out you simply keep it and send everyone elst thier stuff except the person who hit the monster. You just refund that one person and keep the monster for yourself. This has been going on for years. Most scumbags on Ebay have no problem eating a negative and refunding someone 40-50 dollars in exchange for a 400 case hit card.Shamneful and dirty.But integrity is few and far between in this hobby.

I still cannot fathom why someone would join these on eBay. I dont get the point of having others break my product. If I was going to join a break for a team I would look to a site like this and someone truly reputable with something to lose. Houdini for instance has made quite a business for himself doing these breaks and screwing someone out of $400 would damage him in a big way. For that reason alone I would trust him over many others.

This. You're basically providing the breaker with case insurance. Every team that yields nothing, ebayers pay for. Every team that has a hit, the seller gladly refunds the team price. Presto, no-risk case breaks.
