I am really saddened to say this, but I say it with sincerity ...

At this point, I really don't know what to believe. It's just too much.

The one person I would really like to hear from is Grant (tnarg). I would like to get his take on what he thinks has gone on here. He was obviously targeted by Haiku as "the poised and calm senior member that I need support from" in this whole scheme. Grant ... if you would be willing ... I would like to hear what you think, in one post.

I guess what happened here in this thread is better than the alternative. We laughed together, with each other and at each other. We could have torn each other apart. Haiku is Dr. Manhattan. He is the Boogeyman.

Guilty. That was the first time I really felt the guy was legit. Wish I would've stuck with my original gut feeling.

I saw that buyer causing issues a mile away though. The way the lots were being hyped up I knew he was going to expect the moon out of it.

I was proven wrkng in this instance along with a lot of other people. Show me another instance.....I'll be waiting...

Btw, did you ever find out how those cards you sold ended up in someone elses hands after you received your feedback?

Nope. And they need to ban everyone who's name has been involved repeatedly. Bronco, Sake, and anyone else.

Well I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt since this appears to be a huge scam. In time I'm sure those members will be gone but I'm sure it's a huge, huge mess for Pat and the others to sort out.

I just remembered something. I remember I PMed Haiku when he offered to fly the guy in for the bears game. I PMed him asking if he had season tickets cause I had some questions about them when I finished school. We sent like 2 or 3 pms back and forth and he told me he lived in an area that was pretty close to mine. I told him that he lived kind of near me and never got a response back... Didn't think much of it then, but now I don't get why he would just stop PMing me ramdomly

Hey, you're far from the only one and I didn't mean my post to be snide or anything...I know those folks who were legitimately scammed of money (I still have doubts on some others) don't need anyone saying, "I told you so."

I could see people falling for his tricks, especially since he used the long play.

You're fine man. I didn't take it personal. It's the ones with the witty one liners and no proof that get to me. Funny how they run away when asked to prevent evidence. (coughfreemancough)

At this point, the Cliff's Notes would be so long that, if I were going to write it all out, I would copyright it and try to sell it on Amazon.

Haiku is a hippie goat that was working undercover for Paypal. Except that Haiku never existed, he was created by Boomo to get the attention off of him. I think that is where we are at now.

I told PayPal that this guy was scamming people and that they could check his account and see how many people were filing disputes against him as proof.

They were very sympathetic and easy to work with.

since you have been in contact with them, you should send them a screen shot of the alleged email, sent from haiku, saying that people were in on it, and it was all a ploy to scam paypal. if that angle is true, who knows at this point, paypal shouldnt have to refund people that were in on the scam. surely if paypal finds out they may not have to pay some back, they will dig deeper into this mess.

Does anyone else notice that on both of the Hotel info pages that have been posted, there have been two guests not just one? Possibly two people working together on this?
