So what makes a respected vet member? Itrader? Posts in the 1000's? Look I treat everyone the same on these boards, no more respect for someone with 1000's of posts or 100's of Itrader. Don't trust anyone. There is no such thing as a respected vet member. That is the problem and how people got duped by Haiku aka Bronco.

If I was trying to figure out the truth, I probably wouldn't take the word of someone suspected to be involved. Kind of silly to do so.

Anyway, I said my peace. Like I said, once Bronco gets taken away by the police, I will keep my word and request to be banned.

Otherwise, continue on with your theory that is EXACTLY what the guy who scammed everybody told you. Think about that for a second.

Veteran: A person who is long experienced or practiced in an activity or capacity

Respected: having a good reputation

That's how I would define it.

THis post might got lost in traffic, but has anyone called PayPal and was told they had to wait their 10 days for a refund because you already escalated the claim? Got this 2 times today when calling PayPal.

Sounds like Haiku???? Just be smart guys is all I am saying. Doesn't matter how long someone has been on a forums or how many trades they have done. Hopefully people learned a lot from this if anything and they don't repeat the same mistakes.

How much was the transaction for? I think if it over 1k, then there is a waiting period.

My dispute was escalated to a claim prior to calling today. I told them that I knew that the person on the other end was a scammer and if I could get the refund process sped up. She looked into it and gave me a refund immediately which should show in a few days back in my paypal. My claim was only in for a couple days so no where near the 10 that they state.
