I was a little disturbed that by taking this away from PierreDumassFan, he might not be able commute to his 6 hour a day job that doesnt pay enough for him to afford his own place. But since it has been discovered that he already has more money now then others will ever have,

Sucks to hear this happen. Unfortunately if it is too good to be true it probably is. The guy just screamed scammer, overly nice, and sketchy posts.

I'm going through the same thing right now. A seller got me for $7000 last month. I'm in the process of getting it taken care of. Will take a while, but in the end I'll be getting more than the original amount, and the seller will be getting jail time. This is considered wire fraud (18 USC Section 1343), a very serious crime. If anyone who was taken for any money, and needs any pointers as to the process let me know. One place to start is to fill out a complaint at the site below.

Yep hardships, loss of wages, travel to court in Indiana (for my case) and lawyer fees will be added to the lawsuit which is being finalized. Basically IMO, people who got scammed (depending on amount) should seek legal consul. They can draft up a letter, send it to whoever scammed the person, and they will have 30 days to pay the amount stolen. If not paid, the case can than easily be escalated to a lawsuit if one chooses, and in this case (seems to be EXTREMELY similar to mine) possible jail time. This is the route I'm taking as my lawyer in LA suggested.

The broncomanning thing has importance or not- maybe side importance or none at all.

But the matter at hand- was Haiku really Jay Morgan or was Jay Morgan simply a front?

I'm more inclined to believe it as a front. What scammer would have joined up and done a few transactions with their name in their paypal but then thought to change it? I know this is me giving the scammer the benefit of being intelligent but when you line everything up that simple stupid mistake could keep him from getting away if in fact he is Jay Morgan.

Remember- there have been theories of multiple people being involved and "Jay Morgan" just being a name.

One of these four scenarios went down:

1. blackmamba was actually scammed by a Jay Morgan
2. blackmamba started scamming and used Jay Morgan as a scape goat
3. blackmamba was scammed by a person who was using Jay Morgan as a scape goat
4. blackmamba is haiku

2 and 4 could indeed go hand in hand. 3 and 4 as well.

EDIT: Has it been pretty much confirmed that everything gator said was just fake leads from haiku to throw us off track?

If so then I just uncovered something in a text from him.

A Jay Morgan, or at least someone going by that name definitely exists, I have dealt with him before. He was also related to blackmamba_24 in some way as I got them both banned at the same time from SCF.


But that was about a year ago, so it is not known right now whether that Jay Morgan has something to do with Haiku, or he was simply using the name to put people off him

If "Jay Morgan" did indeed scam him, then we can only assume blackmamba was banned because of all the shady things going on with his account per Jay. As in they thought he was a scammer. To hear from them on this would appear to be vital info.

Another thing that would be important- we need to ask blackmamba if he created the other two accounts (here) similar to his name. Especially being that one of them (BlackMambaExq) is very simliar to the paypal address used by Haiku (exquisites@me.com).

The name blackmamba has been in use on BlogTV far more recently than the accounts banning on these forums, though may not be the same guy I guess.
