Who,e thread saddens me, this really sucks. Hope all (including me) get their money back, and hopes its easy so we don't have to go through months of waiting and filing of reports just to get it, but have a feeling that won't be how it works.

Can't you call the UPS store and alert them to what is going on? Maybe call the police in that area as well and maybe they can try to set something up for if he attempts to come back to the location?

I know you have to give a store like this a copy of your ID or Drivers License when you purchase a PMB. They probably have the info...but they are not supposed to release the info....
