Well, I tried to give you some answers, but you dont believe anything I say. I called the O'fallon/Shiloh police department in late December and they said they didnt have the man power to help me out. (The guy said they were only like a 15 man department, I dont think they get a whole lot of crime around there) I called the individual UPS store and talked to the lady their who owns it and signed for packages and she told me it was a privacy issue and that she could not help me out unless I had a warrant for them to look at the video cameras and get the information about the owner of the postal box. Of course you wont actually believe me, so I guess just take it for what its worth.
