Paypal is the only one who can do anything, but I dont know if they care or not, they make so much money it is hard to tell what a significant amount is to them. And of course they wont tell you anything either because of privacy laws. The only way you can do anything is to either hire a private investigator to find out the persons real name and where they live and then file a subpoena through civil court and deal with it that way, or know someone in the fbi or someone who can get clearance to get the UPS store video information. This could be easily done, but there does not seem to be a certain group that cares, it is not national security so it is pretty low on the fbi agenda and cops dont seem to have jurisdiction because it was through the internet and it is through the postal service which is associated with the government. If I lived there I would definitely go down to the police station. Anyone near Ofallon Illinois?

I mean. If haiku can make $25,000 and get away with it, who's down?

Joking of course.

I think that is why their is alot of internet crime, we dont have a real good system in place to stop those guys. Writing a letter to the governor or something like that might be helpful, I dont know? Anyone that knows a way, please speak up, I hope that guy is caught, but it seems like most people dont care enough or have the resources to catch guys like Haiku

Where is Jack Bauer when you need him

Don't ask me how much I want to offer. Come with a price in mind. If I don't want it or think it's worth that, I will let you know.

There's a couple sketchy people on the boards who have joined recently. I believe Haiku is back.
