I've been researching a lot about this, and since the last reply was a couple of days ago & it doesn't seem the guy has been caught i thought I would offer up the info I have come across I case it helps anyone (I only read up to about page 30 in this thread but I read a bunch of others)

Not sure if they caught this guy but him being 'black' seems plausible to me.. This was initially shot down, however Haiku's listed eBay name was "I collect slave owners" which isn't something your average white man would pick as a name.. Also the SCF name associated with his account - BarnMynd - comes up a rap name... Baronmynd is linked with haiku and blackmamba 24 on the scf bad traders list for ip hopping. Also, someone mentioned seeing a video of the. Kid who was scammed originally. (blackmamba_24) with a person named jay - a dark skinned kid based on the video cap.

Maybe more importantly, <redacted >

Maybe more importantly, it Seemed like blackmamba_24 was in on the scam to me, based on the fact that he said his blowout and eBay weren't hacked, only his SCF; a few posts later he claimed that one of the cards "jay morgan" originally stole was a babe Ruth 1/1 .. Searching for this on google shows that blackmamba 24 was actually trying to move the card a few months before (he claimed no one else had access to his account on blowout). Also, when someone called the number in that thread, 'Jay Morgan' apparently said the person was in on the schemes.

Good luck with everything & hopefully you find this person
Well nobody lost anything in this scheme, it was just a scam on paypal put together by a few people or one person with multiple screen names. They made out pretty good, I think the take was between 25-50K all in all.

They only give that special title under his name to scammers, douchebags, and former scammers and douchebags.

Actually, it Seems like some people are out their money, and I saw posts from Fraser trying to rcover cards... I would say that some people definitely lost out on this scam (or are still perpetuating it),

I am a high-end collector that until about 2 mos ago had never even heard of BlowOut.

I am friends with Braylon aka DON in real life. He introduced me to Haiku, and to the BlowOut forums.

I was involved in a deal with Haiku that was brokered by Braylon. I ended up getting the run-around from Jay (which appears to be his specialty). After it became clear to me that this guy was scammer, I created an ID on this forum to either a) harrass jay to complete the deal or b) warn others to stay away from him. I was patient - hoping that it would all shake out with a positive outcome, but my gut told me that this guy was NO GOOD.

It was a cash deal. It was a large sum of money. Braylon was involved and can vouch that this all true. There is no paypal trail for my deal...

I'm not disappearing...in fact, I'm considering hiring a private investigator to track this SOB down. I'm pretty sure I'm never gonna see my $...he has caused me and other here a lot of pain...but Im not gonna take it lying down, and if I can cause him some pain by trying to track him down, I'm more than willing to return the favor

THE END
hopefully my observations are useful in finding those involved:

Bronco said he lost 10,000$ in cards. I say closer to 60k, I know three people who said they paid 10k + each in PayPal. That's already 30k+!

Well he didn't really lose anything. Bronco most likely was in on it, he possibly may even be haiku.

Once again, you have no idea what you are talking about Death2redemptions, it would be nice if you didnt just carelessly accuse people.

My only question about this whole event is the police report. You filed it. WHats the status with it? Are they doing anything or is it just a cold case and been filed away under "Penskie"??

Im just wondering because there are many people the chase down stolen cards and fear monger innocent buyers into giving them back for nothing or else facing jail time and police charges. Just wondering what the police report has done for you?

Any update would be appreciated to see how much the police help out on cases like this for future reference

Nobody is doing anything. Everyone is chasing a ghost. It's hard to find somebody that doesn't exist.
Fake names, fake addresses, probably a fake bank account hooked up to a fake identification.
