so once again I explain something and then you guys just make up something else, you guys are unbelievable, bigzig got it right when he said the FBI could come in here and say I had nothing to do with it, and you guys would just say, how do we know you are the fbi. Then he would show his badge and you would just say it is a fake, then he would show you his employment paperwork and you would say he made that up as well.

What did I get from the whole situation? Where do people think I scammed and came out on top. I lost alot of good cards and lots of sleepless nights getting blamed for something I didnt do.
There isnt one person on this board who can prove beyond a doubt they are NOT Haiku or NOT involved.
Any one of us could be in your shoes where this perverted inverse logic is being used against us.

Moreover it really just seems like some people are enjoying the opportunity to simply torment someone.
They dont genuinely want answers, they just want to be able to crap on someone.

I CAN understand why someone might not want to deal with you,
just disagree completely with the convening of the grand inquisitors.

also
maybe someone else can help with your previous PM
re: paypal gift payments.
ive only paid gift twice in 5 years (both were for like a buck or two) and in looking at my paypal transaction history none of them specifically state "goods" or "gift". If anyone here knows how to pull up whether a payment was gift or goods, please describe it here.

Again let me suggest that you simply post whatever evidence you can,
and then just walk away.
Continuing to respond to the same questions that have been asked and answered over the course of 3 months is pointless.

You obviously just like to state your opinion, because you have a 7 itrader in 4 years. You have no idea what you are talking about

Here's some free advice: don't bother posting any evidence--BODA will just crap all over it.

Ignore this thread and never come back.

Is there anything at all he could post that would sway your opinions? What could there possibly be that someone wouldn't say "oh that's doctored" or "he photoshopped it"?

He was asked for shipping info. He gave it. Then "well thay's not good enough. It could've been a box of rocks."

He was asked to prove it was sent gift. It was posted in a different thread. Still not believed. Apparently proved he was given a refund. Still not believed.

What would be proof? If the answer is nothing then let it die, and choose not to deal with him. That's your perogative.

You are right metdude, defending myself over and over again and hoping for a different result is the definition of insanity. No one wants to actually find out who did this, they just want to try to cause me harm, if anyone actually wants to take me up and pm me then go for it. I have been as open as possible, and people continue to use logic that does not make sense

THE ONLY THING that is fishy to me is the free $11,000 he gave away.

If you know ANYONE in the entire world who would do that....by all means...speak up.

THAT is what has me suspicious....it. doesn't. add. up.

There are stories on the news all the time about people being swindled by "investment opportunities". Usually for much much more than 11k.

Think about it for a sec.

If you were involved in a scam of this nature,
would you go out of your way to say you paid 11 k via GIFT
and got refunded, or would you just omit the gift part ?

The 11 K GIFT speaks more to his naivete than anything else, in my eyes.

Okay...then how about this:

As an avid sports card collector who KNOWS FULL WELL THE DANGER of sending $11,000 PayPal gift...do you know anyone in the world who would do it???

So we are either dealing with a scammer or an incredibly stupid person.

Which is it?

Scammers are good at what they do. Can't remember the name but there was an athlete just recently who is suing for a couple mil that he was duped out of.

He has admitted 100 times it was a stupid mistake.

Hind sight is always 20/20. That doesn't just apply to "stupid" people.

You have your opinion on the matter and I have mine.

Not sure why yours is accepted and mine isn't.

For the record I don't give two poops about the whole thing because I didn't fall for the trap. I just believe that this broncomanning dude isn't in the clear because there is (was) a whole lot of smoke...

thats the point!

I dont believe whoever engineered this scam
would also be so foolish as to say they paid via GIFT
when they could just as easily say they paid via goods
and avoid the extra attention that has been placed on that aspect.

Wait. What? You asked questions. I tried to answer. If anything my opinion is the one in the minority here.

In general, I agree, but the broncomanning stuff has reached a level of absurdity that pursuit of the truth and trying to stop other people from getting scammed can no longer be the main purpose.

IMO...
