Buyer is 100% protected at all times and paypal is biased towards the buyer 99.95% of the time. As long as nobody was dumb enough to send gift for a 2k baller lot everyone should be protected

Look Gang I'm not looking to get on anyones hate list or anything like that. I just know if something were to come up in my life I would want others to hopefully give me the benifit of the doubt. I understand how frustrating it is when you think you may be getting taken but is a few days going to really kill anyone to wait?

Braylon I have no idea what the deal is that you had with Haiku and it does sound like you have been waiting and trying to contact him but Im sure once he comes back He will address everyone (I think he would have to) and make things right. And if not you can all file against him.

But really we should give him at the very least time till the suspension is over and he has a chance to respond.

I think the problem is things have been weird since right after that sale thread on the 10th, it just hasn't been publicized, or the pieces wernt put together.nobody has gotten PMs from him since the sale.

I guess there really is nothing much more that I can add. I really do hope this all gets settled and very soon and everyone is happy in the end but if this is a missunderstanding this would be the thing that would make Blowout lose a really good member.

My new theory:

Haiku is at the north pole helping Santa in his workshop. He will simply place your "mystery lots" under the tree as he said in his thread himself. Doesn't want to risk the cards being damaged in the mail.

Unfortunately no matter the outcome, the trust wouldn't be there anyway, whether it be Haiku or another future member who garners this much respect. It's just been handled too poorly to be completely fixed at this point, since its been an issue since about the 11th.

Hey Gang, so why would Haiku give away so much stuff? Just to sucker people into trusting him and buying "mystery" lots? I find that very hard to believe and will reserve judgement. By the way, everybody who paid with paypal (unless it was a gift) is protected; so if it was intended to swindle people, it was probably the worst attempt ever...

I mean theoretically he could have scammed everyone in one sweep then fled off to some foreign country to never return or show his face in america again. But even in the rare event that would be so, you're still going to get your money back from Paypal no matter what. If he was accepting gift payments or personal check or money order, different story.

Guy gave away a ton of high end and some really expensive headphones. I'm sure a lot of people on here have his personal address, and I'm sure he has a family. It's not like he's some sort of robinhood enigma with no fingerprint or trace.

That's the thing..he uses a PO Box, doesn't have a name to his paypal account, and I don't think anyone here has met him..

From what I've heard he has a P.O. Box, his paypal is not his name... it is a business name. I watch person of interest every week so I am a conspiracy theorist.
