I can honestly say I'm not surprised. I did not buy anything from him and didn't because one, I have better things to spend my money on and two, I thought it was strange to be selling thousands of dollars in lots and not being able to ship until 12/18. I do feel sorry for those who purchased to add to their collections (just in it for the hobby). As for those who had dollar signs dancing in their heads - if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Everyone that was scammed, make sure you give PayPal full details, as much as you can give, to help this process move along.

if BroncosManning reads this, if you have visual proof of Haiku telling you he wouldnt be sending stuff out, that would be important to post so that people can post it in the claim if that would help

Tnarg, if you could, please supply the text you received from him saying he wouldnt be sending anything. That could possibly have a role too.

Everyone else, make sure you file them, if you have an questions, call PayPal and explain the situaton. I'm sure they have gotten plenty of calls on this guy.

I have been accused of being a robot by Yahoo! and Google and someone beat me in a Haiku quick sale I was shocked. The one time I beat him I literally had "I will take the LeBron" typed in with my finger on the Post Quick Reply button in one window on one side of my screen and F5 going on in another window on the other side and I clicked it as soon as it went up and I only beat him by less than a second.

First off, I edited it because I never knew him personally. He told me to write that like he asked for others to make threads praising him. I edited it because I actually didn't know him. I was put in the SAME exact situation on the other person that he told he would make a site. I actually filed 5 claims today on him, and have no problem showing everyone.

That was Fraser.... he won the other pair of beats. Also follows haiku on photobucket....

Edit: I mentioned earlier that I had "I'll take the LeBron" before he posted one, but I didn't actually POST that until after the card went up. Everytime there was a Haiku sale I looked through his photobucket, found the card(s) I wanted, priced them out then when they got posted I knew what price to look for and I bought it. I never got burned... Except for the fake Topps Rookie Premieres (LCS Owner Has Listed Fake AP/CJ Auto?) and the $100 coupon voucher I'll never get to use and all of the giveaway tickets I'll never win anything with.
