Mystery lots are a moot point this can be done with any cards. The scams in the past were done with high end singles.

If anyone does not get a refund from paypal is would be shocking.

JUST FILE A CASE WITH PAYPAL AND KEEP THIS THREAD UPDATED WHEN YOU GET A REFUND

It sounds like he talked some people into sending gift payments. You can't dispute a gift.

Also if you received a package from Haiku and or have his PO box or address you will need to help other members out with the local PD in that area and open a internet fraud case.

My point earlier still stands that all involved should complain at the same time. The outcome may not be satisfactory, but it can't hurt.

Edit- He is not under members list but his threads are still active.

Yeah, that is what I found so he was removed from BO, his threads are still there but if you look him up he is not showing up. This maybe because he is suspended so "technically not a member when suspended??"

And perhaps, PERHAPS, this will be the beginning of this site being restored to maturity, away from the wasteland of free giveaways that it has become. (EDIT: Referring to the type of people that are attracted to these giveaways ... no offense meant toward the board's more generous members.)

I sincerely hate it for those of you who have been scammed. I hope everything works out for you.

Haiku is at the north pole helping Santa in his workshop. He will simply place your "mystery lots" under the tree as he said in his thread himself. Doesn't want to risk the cards being damaged in the mail.

How's the Hillman finest patch you lowballed peekaboo for?

Why wait for people to file claims. He should just sit down and hit the refund button on the transactions. It would take literally less then 5 minutes to hit the refund button for 40 transactions(which is probably 30 more then he would have to)

Lets all not have a double standard. This would be considered backing out of a deal and holding money for 2 weeks before the holidays which is absurd. Why we have the old feedback system as weak as it is. Could you imagine of say pierrethomasfan did this. People on here would be burying the young man. Just because you come in strong and give deals does not give a right to flake.
