exactly what protection is that? they don't protect you from getting ripped off in any way other than you can give the user a negative, just like you can do here.

I lol'd. That protection doesn't mean squat. Sending MO at BO or SCF is the same, if someone scams you with MO nothing can be done. This is reaching.

In reading thru all of this and following a couple links just wanted to point out that way back in the black mamba thread, someone states that the name Jay Morgan and the address he sent to was the same as one "oncardauto" screenname. Which ive heard associated with scams before.

The scumbag bought some cards from me and I was lucky that I never sent him a dollar. After reading some of these threads and reading the holiday lots threads I really think the guys sending him cards where promised some kind of return from the sale of the lots.

I saw a few post from members telling people to get money or buy etc. It makes sense because the cards that where being sold where cards he received from trades and nobody ever complained about him selling their cards while they didn't receive their part of the deal.

Another twist to the story!! They KNEW he was selling their cards and now want something back because he SCHOOLED them. I would say tough titty said the kitty when the milk went dry. I think people are crazy to send anything back they bought from Haikukoo.

FWIW I mentioned in one of his quicksales that he should start selling consignment, he PM'd me about it and said he was willing to do it for free, because he did it for fun.

This is the biggest unknown piece. How many people are embarrassed and haven't come forward cause they lost 5k? I think this may top 50k in cards/cash.

Im still in disbelief but starting to come around, I think alot of people are. I actually did 2 high end trades with the guy and I received my cards both times within 2-3 days of making the deal. I think alot of people have been screwed and its really bad. I know alot of people that have lost thousands with those crazy mystery lots. The last few threads I was wondering how he had so much to put together because his bucket wasnt even that full. He did have a car in there if anyone has the picture maybe you get the license plate number off the picture. I feel so sorry for everyone that lost all this money especially at Christmas time. If anyone has a clue of any card he may have submitted to Beckett that was limited lmk I may be able to help.
