This is it right here. Makes perfect sense some of the things he messaged me about. After I had my surgery he messaged me to make sure I was ok and did I need anything. Once he found out I was married and self sufficient and didn't care about his money he moved on. I did one deal with him where he paid me by gift for a card and asked me to send it to another member. But it seems he was really good at picking out his "marks"

most of this stuff to the average/relatively smart person is just a given though, I mean? preying on weak people, and playing up anyone who goes along with it easy is not exactly rocket science. it's pretty obvious he would move on if he couldn't manipulate you easily? no? and then work with people he could manipulate.

Pretty sure this guy used Wi-Fi most of the time so his IP jumps around, apps to create a fake phone number, unverified paypal, etc. This guy knew what he was doing. He probably wont ever be caught either, although I'm praying he does.

I do not think he was smart personally, guy i was talking to today said he thought he was a scammer from the get go...gonna try to get him too post his story soon

Unverified paypal he wouldnt be able to move more then $500 out and send more then $1,500 a month so I doubt it wasnt verified...and the thing is I doubt he was on Wi Fi every single time... you would atleast be able to locate a more accurate address...

So seriously everybody buys into the fact that Haiku had All-Star's cards up for sale for multiple days before all of this, and no one thinks this would have stopped the whole mystery lot scam if all-star had seen this??

Couldnt have because gift/goods its limited... still comes out of the $1,500 bucket..the only thing that does not count is Ebay buying so like ive said before he prob purchased large $ gift cards and is selling them on craigslist.
