What is gov't records that stated the home belongs to jay morgan or just the name to mail it to? This should be the biggest lead.

I am a gambling man and i would bet this guy NEVER NEVER gets caught. He was too good. I mean all the detective work done on here for the last 68 hrs and we have no idea who he is. We have some pics from Wilson and from myself and thats it. No real name. Its a completed scam.

Agreed. The only hope is that this escalates within PayPal and they themselves trace the flow of that money that would have somehow magically disappeared from his account. In my opinion that's the only way this could get solved

Paypal will pay out what they want and and at some point they will stop the payouts. They will only take a certain hit on this. Some will get money back some will be told they have filed and just sit back and wait. In the end some will never get a dime back. Pretty elaborate scam indeed.
