Myself and another member (not mentioning thier name). If they want too then fine. But we have been pming each other for about 3 weeks now saying something was not right with this guy. Alot of "VET" members saw right thru it and stayed clear of the guy. Your gut instinct is right 99.9% of the time. He was giving out freebies because he was attempting to gaining your trust. Not because he liked you and if you could not see that coming I dont know what to tell you. I am sure he will still be allowed on here once he issues his heartfelt apoligy. What a joke

Just got off the phone with PayPal, basically it matters if he responds to cases. If he doesn't, most will give money back if they followed guidelines.

At this point, those that filed disputes against him that only recieved DC and no item, and it was over 250, are safest, because himnot using signature confirmation really hurts him in a dispute case.

The guy I talked to said the more information given by everyone in the PayPal disputes, the better chance this guy is connected to Fraud, and almost all would get their money back.

for those tracking through HIS mailing address, which is a UPS store, the UPS store employees are the ones who sign for packages, not whoever Haiku is. I have a UPS store box too and they sign for all my stuff that needs a signature, so you are just researching employees at the store.
