This buyer won an item on 12/10/2012 and paid on 12/15/2012 after receiving the NPB email. Item shipped 12/16/2012 and was dlvd on 12/20/2012. Buyer left 1 DSR for all but s/h charges(I ship free).

Make sure you report the buyer for the low dsr's conflicting with the positive feedback. The ratings should be removed.

Thanks for the heads up.

Well I was scammed by several ebay scumbags this past year and its funny I got an email saying that Negatives i left were unwarrented.... so they removed all the neg i left for sellers who didnt ship...funny how Ebay does that to protect sellers...

Can't do what? Report the buyer? Or leave pos with low dsr's?

Ebay doesn't block a buyer from leaving low dsr's, but a buyer can be reported for it. If it's obvious a buyer is making a habit out of leaving low dsr's all the time or a bunch of negs/ neuts then they can be removed. Problem is most sellers don't report it so it's hard to see the pattern if only one seller does report it.

Correct. You are not suppose to contact the buyer directly, hut you can report them. There should be a link in the drop down menu to the right of your sold items.

Just because you report them doesn't guarantee immediate action will be taken, but it atleast gets a record of it if anyone else reports them...
