Me too. I think the New Jersey address is actually his house. Pictures of the house for sale also include an office with a cabinet full of sports cards in it.

Wow surprised to see this. I made a deal with him that he sends NBA2K13 to me with $25 And I send him a few cards. I asked if he would mind sending first due to low feedback and he said no problem. We talked a bit and ended up exchanging gamer tags And playing a coue games of madden. I pmed him a couple days ago to see if he had sent and he said he got them back as they didn't have enough postage but sent out again. So I have his gamer tag if that helps Anyone lol.

I could use it, at the very least, to send him a message, as the only contact info I have for him now that he is banned is his mailing address.

It turns out it is his place. He's in his late twentys, lives with his mom, and one other person. Robert Berg is his name. I have 3 numbers for them and plan on calling in the morning. If I get nowhere, I'll call the local PD. Since the value of the cards is over $200, I can file a complaint and rate a level 4 misdemeanor, in which case they are supposed to go to the house. We'll see how it goes. The first thing I'm going to do is turn the package intercept form in to the Post office. Luckily I'm on leave, because I'll probably end up spending 2 or 3 hours on this clown tomorrow. Crappy situation. I've traded over 300 times on various sites and the first time I make a trade on here, it turns into a $500 shellacking/sherlock holmes drama.

Please dont let this think this is how this site is, it isnt at all their is ALOT of great members here that have gave me cards and sold me cards for nothing to help me with my PC. Dont let this pr1ck tarnish this site. and by the way you should send him a mailer(no return address) with something along the lines of "im watching you"!

Welcome to BlowoutThis is how things are on here. Do your due diligence on anyone you deal with or you will get steamrolled on here. There are tons of scammers on here because scammers know this is the easiest forum to scam on. Its common knowledge in the hobby. I have asked people at shows who I know are great traders to join and on numerous occasions the response I got was something along the lines of "why so I can get robbed".That should tell you something.

Update:
I contacted him at 3 different phone numbers and 3 different emails. Still no reply or answer.
I also contacted the Pemberton Police Department. They will not open a case directly from an "out-of-towner". You have to open the case through your local PD and have them route it to Pemberton PD.
I encourage anyone that got scammed to initiate that.
So far, I know that he has gone under fake aliases of:
Robert Donahue
Justin D'Ambrosa

His real name is Robert Berg, but goes by Rob or Robby.
He's a 26 year old that lives with his mother.
I'll update more as I find out and I'll let everyone know what comes of the case that I open. If you want any of the numbers that I have, please let me know via PM and I will provide them.

I just got off the phone with his mother. I explained to her that I been working with the military police department and I too have am a victim of his scams. I told her I know about the false identities have proof of multiple fraudulent transactions and would be filing a report. She was very cooperative and told me to call her back tomorrow morning after she spoke with her son. I plan on pushing the case through any way.

I'll let you know more info as I get it.

New update: The PD here said that they couldn't help and that I would have to open a civil suit with the attorneys on base. I'm currently doing that, but if you have DC numbers that prove you shipped to his address and dates that this "trade" occurred, please let me know so we can get more heat on him.

Oh and don't act too surprised, but mommy didn't pick up the phone today.
I now have his email address, so I am pursuing that avenue as well.

I also tried calling several times today with no answer. I don't know what good an email address is going to do us. If we don't know where HE lives a lawsuit isn't going to do us much good either...
