It'll at least be a message that goes to him and not Mom.
That way you could detail, in a message that you'll know he's going to read, the steps and measures you plan on taking against him. It might give him a good scare as well. At this point, he needs it.

Small update:
I should be getting more info back on the case from my attorney shortly. I also have his facebook page if anyone needs to contact him by other means, since he doesn't answer phone calls or email.

I contacted the seller, but take at look at these wonderful auctions to see if any of these items used to belong to you:

wow i just read the whole thing do not let that guy get away with this stuff its bad enough boxes are so expensive nowadays (for anything good) but to have your stuff stolen by a thief i think if all that were scammed by this guy band together it might be enough to go somewhere different mail fraud is a federal offense thats how they used to get drug dealers years ago someone needs to get scarface and bring him to justice

I'm going to reiterate some information as I have reason to believe that he is back on the site under a new alias. Don't let him take any more hard earned money from upstanding members:

He goes by these names (so far):
Justin D'Ambrosa, Justin Heilbroun, Robert Donahue, and his real name is Rob Berg.

Also, be wary of trader addresses from Brick, NJ or Pemberton, NJ (Especially those from a brand new member with no feedback).

I reported him for mail fraud, but no luck so far.

not sure a lawsuit is going to work, he would most likely just default in the event you obtain a judgement (most never get a penny paid). any good lawyer can figure out his address very quick, so not sure why yours hasnt?

People are lazy
They do not want to spend the effort over a 25,50 or so deal by doing fraud papers at the post office.
