Fish-i never blasted you or stated you didnt respond to me! I do believe that you sided with him based on his feedback and he fact he has done more business on the site...if im wrong about that i apologize, but I dont see how the facts of the post itself dont show it was 54 cards? It had a picture of all 54 and said dupes..Like i asked the other mod, if it was only for 50 cards that makes it a mystery lot, because you dont know what 4 of the dupes you are getting and what 4 you arent(he kept the better ones)...as far as defending his $500 stuff, he never once stated in a pm $500, it was $10 apiece, further hinting at all 54 or he'd of just said $500....

Furthermore, I understand you guys have a lot on your plate, especially since Haiku...But that doesnt mean that further buyers should have to fold, because of a seller who misadvertises

It's wonderful when you see both sides of a story.

I see sellse selling a set and that there are extras.

Not being an idiot I would expect to receive a 50 card set if I purchased the set.

Again communication was lagging on both sides but I must side with the seller who offered a 100% refund.

OP's conspiracy theory about the mods and his other posting's make me thing I shall never deal with him.

I will not get into a cyber debate. If your not satisfied you will recieve a full refund however you have already left negative feedback, which is in your right to do so. You have posted a thread which serves only to try to discredit me which again is in you right to do so.

HOWEVER I will not let this linger on at your discrection and dont know what else you are trying to "get" out of this. My offer of a full refund will expire 10 days from now time dated. Pending if the mods find that accectable or not. Thank you.

The title of the thread is 50 cards set for trade or sale.
He does not explicitly state you get the other cards.

I see ebay auctions like this every day.

the difference is
hes stepped up and has offered a refund,
while you continue to try to find a way that somehow proves you were supposed to get those extra 4 cards.

Show me where in any PM I sent or you post I've made where I've ever stated one person has more feedback than another so they should be trusted more. I'll gladly eat crow if you can find one. This is one of the reasons we dont have any trading rules on here. If both sides cant come to an agreement they shouldn't do a deal, but because one is newer than another doesnt mean they should have any disadvantages in a deal (ie sending first). This is where I'm I feel I'm being unfairly called out.

Lots of sellers use either stock pictures or even a photo showing one card over another. A picture might be worth 1000 words but unless its stated its assumed. Assumptions are not facts nor are they anything that honestly could be considered concrete evidence. This is my issue with this and pretty sure its consitent with what I've told you before. With what you provided me and what I've read, I honesty cant say you were due the other cards and/or the better patches any more than I could say you werent do them. Given the seller has stated if your unhappy return the cards for a refund - in my opinion this is the route to go. Neither would be all that happy with this, but you get your money back and the seller gets his cards. This isnt a win/win for either side, but its not a loss/loss either - it gets everything and everyone back to square one.

It was awful nice of you to offer $20 for the four extras that you knew were not part of the SET. This gives me even less respect for you than I had a few hours ago.
