Agreed to his price 2 or 3 times.. day goes by he sells the card to someone else for $ 10 more 12 hours after the 3rd time I said I would buy it. Then claims oh I had a lot of pms my bad (even though he had it said to him numerous times) When confronted with the situation he acts like a child saying things like I love you too in response to my well thought out pm about why what he did was classless and how he is lying to me when he says he didn't know what he did was crooked. If you want to deal with a child or a guy who has a childs mentality deal away if you want to deal with a member that is honest and professional RUN AWAY!

He pulled something similiar on me. He offered me 4 cards for $64.. I was fine with 3 of the 4 but one he was a little high on one so I countered $5 less (which is the price said card had sold for on eBay)... he replies back he just found one of the offers he made me was low and now wants $20 more on the lot lol..

I didn't formally agree to anything so no harm no foul (I even offered the guy 70 after he showed me a couple of sales) ... but I guess its a pattern with him.

In the real world an offer and acceptance would qualify was a contract.

In the anonymous message board world it would not be a contract until you send payment and people even back out then.

Obviously this turd is a money grubbing whore whose word is worth $10.

You offered him $5 less for the lot and he counter offered $20 more for the lot? I see nothing wrong with that at all. You tried to get the lot cheaper and he came back more expensive. To me, you tried to play a game of discounting so he countered back with a premium! How is that the same thing as "not following through on a deal"?

He didn't raise the price on the lot.. he added $20 to a card in the lot that I had already agreed on the price with. There were 4 cards in the lot.. 3 I was fine with HIS OFFERS. He didn't counter anything. Please stop doing "what you do"

I wouldnt put a link to this in there. I did the same and was contacted by Fish that It was harrassing the seller and that I would be banned for warning others.

Thats just the way things are. I dont know why. It just is. Shady members and thier shady activities get swept under the rug. Good, decent, honest, trustworthy members speak up about shady people and shady activities and they get blasted. I dont and never will understand that.
