MagglioFan01 : Unpaid Item! Help!

Recently, me and Maggliofan01 made a deal for my Kyrie Irving Autograph from Threads. Since my feedback wasn't up to par I said I would send first with DC#. I did and the card arrived at his PO Box. After he had recieved the card he gave me excuses about not being able to make it to the post office and he would send the payment once he got the card. Well he has not been signed in on Blowout since 1/11 and I have sent multiple PMs about my money with no reply. Well today I look on his ebay and my card is posted to his ebay. Still have not heard from him and still waiting for payment.

I also figured this was fishy because he posted the listing from a mobile phone. At this point I just really need my money because being a broke college student $127 is a lot. If anyone can give me a phone number or any other way to contact him please let me know. I have also sent him a message on ebay. He has 100% feedback which makes me think he was trying to pull a fast one a new member.

I understand this. I inquired about a paypal hold like you are able to do and this EXPERIENCED seller said he didn't know how...

I just found the listing today and Yes I sent him a message. Awaiting a reply still.

He's trying to exploit your itrader situation.

I would neg him. He already broke the terms in the deal. If any term is broken that is agreed upon, then that's a neg.

He said the day he received the card he would send the payment. He lied. Neg him.

Ok first I didn't even get the card out of the mail until today! He said the card arrived on Wednesday, I live in a VERY rural area and they close the Post office at 4:30, as most of you would be the same, it is not easy when you have a life and work or whatever you do it easy to get there before they close. I told him, and can show my messages that I would pay on Friday. I got the card Friday and listed it on EBAY but had a family emergency and was unable to pay, and came on to tell him I was sending his money and see this BS. Look at my feedback then look at his and you will see that I am a man of my word. I didn't trust anyone with a negative feedback to pay first, then he wanted me to pay before I could get to the PO and I saw (with the DC) that it was there but how was I suppose to know if the card was there or he sent a empty package? All a misunderstanding ON HIS PART, and he jumped the gun and made a thread about me? Lol payment HAS BEEN SENT!

Was able to list the card via Ebay Mobile but couldn't send the payment via Paypal moblie. Enough said.

I didn't intentionally break anything- things happen and as I said would you have paid him first with a negative feedback?

The people on here jump to conclusions before knowing the whole story about anything. Now everyone I have felt with before knows I am upstanding and you can see by my feedback I have never not paid someone -

Anyone that has felt with me can and should reply on here to show this little boy he is wrong please?

I agree, but you don't know what happened and I am not gonna explain here, not anyone's business but yours and that is what PMs are for. If you would have looked you would have seen I hadn't been on here since Friday

today is monday/tuesday so you didnt get it out of the mail until today...yet i got this card friday in your other sentence?

Regardless of your iTrader rating, the buyer would be backed by Paypal. There really wasn't any reason for you to ship first.
