eBay user ID is hamilsportscards. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy it sell to this guy. He has been harassing me since the day I bought a card from him ( a nick foles triple threads auto for $9) about how much I paid for the item. Just FYI he listed it with the $9 BIN price not me. Then he starts sending me messages everyday asking did I receive the item yet. Now he obviously downloading tracking info and never sent it because the information hasn't updated in two weeks. When I asked him about it he responds with a message telling me its on me to figure out where the package is because he sent it. Well we all know that's not how it works. So had to open a case now I get more nasty messages from the guy. Bottom line is the guy is an idiot and do yourselves a favor and block him.

Ok I have to show everyone this. This guy is such an idiot. I am gonna copy and paste the last few messages he sent me. Now keep in mind it's been 15 days and I haven't received the Foles card I paid for so I asked for a refund as this is the response I get:

Dear matt4486,

guess you got to learn things the hard way.and you will not get a dime from me do I make myself clear.I know your reading this so drop it.your item was delivered you did not by insurance so therefore you lost your item in the mail.

So I respond with please stop harassing me and eBay will settle the dispute. And this is what I get back and it's a good one:

Amazing how many scammers...... I mean "cops" buy cards on eBay. Not to mention I have a number of relatives and friends in law enforcement, they never call themselves "cops".
