Need help with an eBay user please help

Okay the user name is britishoffi and here is the rest of his fake information: baram talon

So I have seen guys before say that they have found scammers like this guy with other user names and whatnot so I was wondering if anyone can help me find out more info on the guy. He is obviously a non paying buyer and placed the winning bid of $4,000 on our RG3 1/1 Auto shield. I hate people like this and know it happens way to often. Just want to see if anyone can help me track this idiot down.
