He and his friends scammed me and is trying to turn the whole thing in me. Thankfully I have all the messages he has sent and can prove that I have NOTHING to do with what he is saying. He is spreading rumors about me but I feel I have done enough trades/buys/and sells to many different people to show that I am honest and does what I say I am going to do.
Watch out when sending to Hong Kong and watch out for these names:

Did i know the scammer? No I do not

What did i do? I contacted OP to say we wanted to sent a care package due to events that transpired a long time ago because guess what? My friend and 3 other people were scammed by lingling1955 who real name is Jason Lan, who is currently somewhere in Detroit.

We then contacted OP asked him if he was iterested in a care package which he said he was. However before anything was made, we told him

1. We dont know what was owed to him, we wish we could get more details but too bad, we lost touch with the scammer. OP thought ok looking forward to it
2. Lets also state the fact OP declined a free box from chri5784
3. We then msgd OP to say please confirm you understand that we cannot get you what was exactly owed but we hope the care package is ok? Not one single response to that, obviously OP is holding out for what he was owed

End of the day, I am playing middle man and i am just tryig to help. I did not scam you and for you to say its me who is scamming you, well prove it. You were wronged and we are trying to make it right but dont u dare say i am spreading rumours when i have not even mentioned you to any one.

AND WHILE WE ARE ON THE SUBJECT OF SCAMMING HOW ABOUT YOU PAY ALL YOURGROUP BREAK DEBTS.

Just FYI, Adrian Lim was never involved. His name was the unfortunate name on the damn maikbox you sent too. Jason Lan, left Hong Kong early 2011 back home to Detroit Michigan and we cant find him.

Anyways since trying to help and make it right is even the wrong thing to do given all the scams here, i am done here. You are a jacka55

Unfortunately i did not save the tracking on the care package, but we sent it out early December and it should have gotten there by now. We sent whatever was related to your sig. Shrug....

OP was scammed a few years ago by someone via youtube. OP did not make the person ship first and never got his end. Person used somone elses name and mailbox to avoid detection and has a history of doing this. Person whose name was used was called out and etc.

OP is the victim here by some idiot scammers.

We know who did it but hea back stateside and cant reach him so after a few months out, we decided to email OP to make it right on behalf of scammer ... Not really behalf but we feel bad. But we wanted OP to know we dont know what was owed but we will try, OP obviosuly did not want to respond to that.

But to call me the scammer? I have done nothing wrog. Ask anyone i have dealt with i have been pretty transparent with my deals. Its fine to be pissed but dont make false accusations

Seems quite the believable story to me. I'm not sure why you felt the need to 'make amends' for the scammer, but if that's your only motivation, you've earned my respect!

No, something about Ironcourtcards is not right. He messaged me on a lot I had up for sale, asking if I would ship to Hong Kong, yet his profile says Palo Alto, CA. That coupled with his low feedback I told him the only way I could do it is if he paid gift. Not that he had to, no harm if he didn't, but that was my only requirement. Obviously I never heard a PM back, just something about him seemed off to me too. I had this funny feeling that if I shipped over there without tracking I was giving those cards away. I was not surprised by him not PMing me back, he seems shady to me

Thanks for the insightful response. I never required him to, and have never asked anyone I deal with to. If you dont live in the US you have 2 options. Pay $20 or so for shipping so it can be tracked, or pay gift. I pointed out odd things like his address listed as CA but being from Hong Kong too. Along with the fact that once I was trying to cover my own ass on shipping to Hong Kong I never got another response

1. Why out of the blue would you contact him to make ammends when it was no fault of your own?

2. How would you know that he was scammed if you cannot find the scammer?

EmtinHawaii is in a monthly break club here that I've been a member of for a while and is a genuinely nice guy that chats during the breaks he is able to attend. I don't know the story here and don't want to pass judgement unless facts are shown. Just providing a character reference I suppose.

and Jason has been spot on with his instincts before. I trust what he's saying now isn't meant to damage the person he's talking about, just what was in his gut. FWIW.


and btw- your ebay auctions say they ship from outside the US. why use a CA location for the forum?

Then you deflect from the finger on you,back to the OP and remark about him not paying for a box break and imply he is a scammer by the initial remark in the statement

Also, the other poster, you asking him to send to Honk Kong.....yah, no...just a random coincidence...maybe you are buying for your cousin....and Lin is an innocent bystander whom the scammer used, name and address...no, I think the nail is being struck square here.

If someone asks me to pay as gift... I'm not responding. And if it gets held against me so be it... I wouldn't have dealt with Iron after the fiasco in any case...

they're missing the point because they saw "gift" and tuned the rest out. I'd require a gift payment from anybody overseas or ask them to pay for the sig confirmation/tracking necessary to cover my ass with paypal.
