eBay buyer to block

This buyer bought a BC Billy Hamilton ref auto with BIN but shortly after I printed shipping label I get this:

Please don't ship. Just refund money. Or will just open case in PayPal to get money back. Deep apologies.

I canceled auction and refunded payment in full.

Now I have to try to get my shipping refunded and relist. Waste of my time.

you did not ship so there is no shipping to get refunded? If you printed a label just cancel it and there is no trying they will refund you in a couple weeks

I paid for the label in order to print it, so yes, there is shipping to get refunded. Paypal isn't voiding it so I have to call them tomorrow (I know how to void labels, I've done it before but for some reason this one says it can't be voided).

Yeah, he's buying and selling here as recently as yesterday. I'm just putting this up as an eBay warning, not saying anything about his behavior on BO. It's not personal.

well they will not void it after 48hrs of printing. I assumed this all took place the same day you printed. They will not refund it for the usps has the funds by now and they do not move on it at all

At my usps they will add the postage to another package at the counter. Not sure it is worth the hassle, but I do that sometimes on big stuff.
