easy to avoid. set your sellers filter to block any user with NPB dings against their account!! Then you dont have to worry about nPB

You can block NPB bidders, but they have to have 2 NPB strikes to be blocked. I guess that shows a pattern if they have more than 1, but I wish you could block someone even if they only have 1.

1 or 2 can be seen as anomalies. But there after its too much.

The problem is that the accounts are brand new and will buy 100 high value items in 1 or 2 days. You can't block them because they aren't "Non-Paying Bidders" until it can be confirmed that they aren't paying for auctions (which takes weeks). By that time, they've created a new account and the cycle continues...
