I'll get to the point, can a buyer claim any type of charge back on gift payments that were made to me? Once on Dec 30th, 2012, and once again on Jan 8th, 2013.
I received a buyers remorse type of message a little while ago and I'm just trying to find any information on if he has recourse for action. Any help or information is appreciated. Thanks!

Unless something changed no. Not sure about a cc dispute.
Cut and pasted: Asking for Paypal Gift payments is NOT allowed. Please be aware that if you send payment as a GIFT, you will NOT be able to file a claim if there is a problem with the shipment. Sending payment as a gift is the same as sending cash or a money order! We do not recommend sending Paypal payments as a gift. |
