So I bought a 70 dolalr lot from him on 1/19/13 and a asked for dc, but never responded then I told him I will neg him if he wont respond. He hasn't been online since the 28th

You seem to have the worst luck. You've posted quite a few threads stating people are scammers and not to deal with them.

I just have a hard time believing that its just a coincidence.

Oddly they all end the same way. First post "so-so and is a scammer", then mid page the truth comes out. "well he gave me a full refund" or "well I didnt send my end of the trade either".

Agree with Tnarg, horrible luck or wee bit heavy on the melodrama.

Sorry if you really did get ripped off this time. But the boy who cries wolf...

Everytime Danny creates a scammer thread I am reminded of the childrens book, "The boy who cried wolf." I just don't believe anything that comes out of this childs mouth.
