Paid 1/27, gave seller ample time to ship - they indicated in messages they would ship and provide me tracking information by yesterday... I have no tracking information, paypal dispute is open. I would suggest not dealing with the member until we figure out the outcome of this.

I'm pretty sure he is the one I had to remind him to ship after a week or two. I was a noob here at the time so I refrained from leaving feedback. The card showed up, but he never actually responded to my pm's.

happened to me as well.... card showed up about 2 and a half weeks after i bought it. But, he was courteous when i approached him with the issue after 2 weeks or so and he refunded my money in addition to shipping the card. i think he is a good guy, just forgetful.

I've seen multiple threads on this guy, and it all seems to be his lack of caring about shipping in a timely manner.

Yeah, one week is more than enough time to ship, especially when I ask "no later than one day after payment"...He said he would have tracking for me yesterday and still hasn't provided it after messages (when he is online and shows recent activity).

He's got a nice amount of feedback too that is the sad part.

I just bought a card from him this past weekend. He gave me a tracking number on Monday. I hope he doesn't take long to send my card out.

Seems to be a pattern but only 2 people have ever left a negative and none a neutral. Shame.

I wouldn't be too worried about getting your end, albeit a bit delayed. I've bought from / traded with Colvin on a couple different sites and never had an issue.

In general, I'm finding more and more that stuff isn't being shipped in that 1-2 day window from payment. As a buyer, I personally don't mind it that much. For me, it's mostly a hobby and most of what I buy will just end up in a box in my office anyways, so I don't sweat over it too much if I get it Thursday instead of Tuesday, etc.

Now NOT shipping AND NOT replying to emails - that can be frustrating. Again, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, I understand if something comes up - I typically ask the buyers not to take payment unless they can ship same or next day (if they say it takes a few days I don't argue as long as it goes out when they say it goes out)... But when someone specifically says they will have tracking at a certain time and doesn't there's not much to do... Maybe the paypal case will be a bit of incentive... I'd rather my money back than the cards at this point.

When I bought stuff he printed the shipping label and the tracking was uploaded to PP but the item didnt move for 2 weeks. I messaged him and he said he was out of town and forgot to mail it was a real kick in the balls bc he had a quick sale that required paying with in 2-3 hours but took almost 3 weeks to even ship.

Yeah... I gave one person three weeks in the past - never again - after a week that's plenty of time. There are pretty much no circumstances unless you get into an accident that a package can't go out in a week... I don't think it's taken me more than 1-2 days to get something out in nearly three years.

As a note I opened the case on day 8 or 9.

Everyone who works with me knows I am an incredibly reasonable person and if something comes up I am not going to chastise you for it.

Just because I open up a case to get the guy to ship doesn't reflect badly on me, I think it just shows I am not going to put up with BS and when I say I expect something I expect it - don't agree to something if you can't follow through.

What's wrong with opening a case after a week? It can always be closed - it gets the process moving and typically if someone is going to ship the cards they will ship them after the case is open because the money is held. There is nothing wrong with my actions. It should not take me making a thread and opening a paypal case to get an item shipped and it is that simple.
