I think you need to drop a neutral for slow shipping. You paid on the 24th and he didn't send until the 5th, I mean it shouldn't take 12 days for someone to ship out a card. He needs to learn his lesson so he doesn't continue to do this, he is young (well I assume so if his dad responded for him) so maybe he will learn from a neutral.

This is the best thing I have heard on this site in recent times. Dont committ to something you cannot follow thru on. Just taking someones hard earned money and then treating them like garbage is simply not acceptable. But, in slow shippers defense, they do it because they can. And they know they can.

Exactly. At least it will be a warning to others as to his shipping habits.
