Can you prove any of this? According to the OP he just wanted his card that you failed to ship for a week and a half.

Unless you have some sort of proof the odds seem to be stacked against you at this point.

No I shipped and it was stuck in the mail for a little while. You know there was excessive weather here in buffalo New York. His friend bought 3 of my autos and then never paid left bad feedback calling out you guys and saying that's what I get for messing with jasimb1. Now my account gets froze for 3 straight negs to someone who didn't pay. He shouldn't be able to leave negs unless he pays.

Do you have a tracking # you can prove when it was accepted? According to the messages in the OP says you didn't ship. You never mentioned it being stuck in the mail assuming he quoted you correctly.

Right now it's a he said he said. Any proof you can actually provide will go a lot farther than just saying it.

Do you have any messages you can post concerning the extra negs that were left? Seems odd you wouldn't have questioned him about it.

if he said that then it is in your ebay messages. To clear your name I would take a screen shot and post it for that is exactly what one of the feedback says.

Also the 3 negs will fall off once an npb case is filed. I would recommend also require immediate payment on your auctions if they choose to use the BIN

btw ebay did not end your auctions so the accnt is not frozen yet

I ship two or three times a week from Buffalo (live just across the bridge in Ontario). There has been no severe weather before the Friday storm, and I have seen zero in the way of shipping delays.

Cards that I mailed on Thursday have in some cases already been delivered. The weather excuse is bogus.

The Shipping Date

Seller says it got held up in the weather. Actually, not so much. Here is the DC. It got here within two days! You know, as soon as it was accepted on the 7th. He is from Buffalo, NY. I am from Crystal Lake, IL.

This was a stray message. It wasn't part of our conversation, but it was sent to me in a different conversation. This was the only e-mail to that conversation, as I did not respond. Figured it wasn't necessary.
