Another dbag non-paying bidder. Opened a case after 8 days on non-payment. Case has now been open for almost three weeks, while he is still buying other stuff.

Yeah, I unfortunately missed that before I accepted. What a clown... I only live about 20 miles from him so maybe I should deliver the card in person? haha

You can manually close the case 4 days after you open it.

Yep! If it gets to the point that I have to file a NPB, I'm counting down the minutes until that 96 hours runs out and I can close it.

I didn't know you could do that without losing some money. If I close it now, am I out any $$?

I close as soon as the mandatory time is up. Ive always got a full refund from fees. it seems I get a non payer every other week. Its getting bad and ebay does nothing about it to stop those buyers.
