I think it's pretty clear what happened here. There is no doubt in my mind the PEEKABOO sent the card, and it should be there today or tomorrow. He is just a huge dick, and played a pretty stupid "joke." Relax though. your card will be there today or tomorrow.

Good morning guys, yeah Monkey is right. Peek played a prank on me bc I paid him via PP Gift for a Brady Contenders. The card will be here today by 10:30 am via FedEx overnight, I was freaked out at first but hopefully this will be cleared up soon. I've since talked to him on the phone and his voice didn't sound like he was trying to scam me, he was laughing about it and told me to relax. I trust him... well for the next 3 hours at least.

You should return the favour and reverse the charges of gift payment by calling paypal. Sweat it out on both sides.
