I think Expresspost is always my preferred option, within or without the country, for big-ticket items.
I xpresspost most big items when I sell in Canada/US. But I sent something to SutantoJ using xpresspost in Canada and paid for the signature confirmation. He ended up getting my item as it was left in his mail box and no signature needed. It upsets me to know they sometimes do follow the service I pay for.

You would think some type of mail fraud/internal investigation could be done at the receiving/delivery post office. They wouldnt say "take it up with his post office" since it shows delivered at zip code 95209,USA. I suggest OP (or if Pejarox7620 is telling the truth then he should as well) file a claim on https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/c...complaint.aspx or the canada post version of it and explain all the facts and circumstances in the case.

Always video record every package you open, I do and I have caught a couple with missing cards called out or seen on videos and just don't deal with them anymore. Luckily the two or three cards I have hit worth anything the host have been great and shipped with no problems.
