I was scammed by Mikeycards7...Pejarox7620..

Also sometimes things show delivered when they are really not. I'd give it a couple of days if it was very recently.

He shouldnt be able to. The claim should be denied and from there it would need to be a USPS claim if it was insured.

If the seller didn't insured it or send with signature confirmation the buyer could win. As I am sure a MJ/Lebron Dual Auto cost more than $250, which anything over that requires signature proof of delivery.

I wish someone would've PM'd me about this thread, i was just scoping around and found this. This guy is crazy. For one I paid $35 shipping for item. He should be covered in EVERY WAY possible for that much. I opened the case with ebay because as you guys all know ebay gives you a expected date of when to receive. With $35 i would expect it to be fairly quickly also. Anyway its been nearly a month and nothing. I send an message to the guy saying wheres the tracking and when did you send the card but no response. I look at the tracking given through ebay and there's nothing. It doesn't even show the card was accepted through the post office. I'm not going to wait forever to get my card especially since i paid so much for it, and $35 shipping. I then open a case and he sends it to customer service which will look over the case and i won. I simply told him where is the signature confirmation, Delivery confirmation, and insurance with $35 worth of shipping. And he gets mad saying that's a response that a scammer would say....What else am i supposed to say? Also then say please contact your post office and see if you can file a claim, then he continues to be extremely rude and say i should rot in hell and all of this stuff..I don't know what to say i mean, i paid $700+ for a card i haven't received yet and he snaps. I told him ill keep an eye out for the card and i said please let me know if you get it back and he goes and says "Also, dont watch out for my card. Just watch it while holding it in your hand". Seriously what am i supposed to do differently? I have been extremely nice and he's been nothing but rude. I understand where he is coming from especially since this has happened to me before. But either way, I dont see how i could've won the claim if ebay saw that it was delivered. He also has no feedback on here which doesn't suprise me.

when I told him to check on canadapost.ca and found out that it was showing it was delivered, he then changed his case to Item is different.

I never changed the case to item is different. The whole claim was item not received. Ill get a screen shot

like i said i dont know why this guy is changing his story so often. Also i have a ton of high end deals on here showing that I'm very trust worthy. This guy has "0" feedback and his ebay feedback is sub par as well.
